Jitterbug Events Launches

Team Armadillo is once again excited to announce the launch of yet another great web site. This time we’ve collaborated with our new friends – Illinois Based “Jitterbug Events”:http://jitterbugevents.com. Run by the amazingly energetic and versatile Terri Musser, Jitterbug Events is an all-in-one events DJ company that services the _Chicago, Northern Illinois, Southern Wisconsin and Iowa region_.

In late May, Terri approached Armadillo Studios looking to kickstart her company’s online presence as it transitioned away from its original location in Washington D.C. to its Illinois roots. She wanted to create a unique experience that not only stood out from the plethora of horribly mundane DJ/Wedding Events web sites to something that better represented the professional nature of the company. With Terri’s help we outfitted the new site with a unique and pleasing aesthetic that leveraged a fun-loving Retro vibe and the always powerful WordPress Content Management System. The design leverages some of the unique retro typography and a teal/burnt orange colour palette to capture the attention of the users and to provide a pleasing user experience.

Not only does this new site standout from the rest of the local competition, but it also encompasses every aspect of Jitterbug’s business model. The site is also structured to allow for immense growth as the business continues to pick-up speed and attract new clients within the local area. We also outfitted the new Jitterbug Events site with a unique layout that really emphasizes the versatility of the company, while also showcasing their growing online presence. Users are able to see the entire catalog of services for Jitterbug and to easily get in contact with the company through a variety of different channels (traditional, social media and online). In the near future, we will also be revealing the news element of the site, which will further help Terri connect to potential clients and raise the profile of the site within the Illinois market.
