March 2012 may go down as one of Team Armadillo’s most productive months. Not only did we launch our political side project AlbertaTweets to overwhelming fan fare, but we also launched three brand new redesigns. To celebrate such a great month we decided to do a recap of *these three great projects*.
Lion’s Eye Catering
As one of our longest standing clients, we were ecstatic when the wonderful Miss Monica was looking for a reboot to the “Lion’s Eye Catering web site”:http://www.lionseyecatering. Since it was one of our very first corporate projects, we were more than happy to take a second run at the web site. (Read More…)
Armadillo Studios is ecstatic to announce the launch of the brand new “WMS Communications Inc. web site”:http://www.wmscommunications.com.
The team at WMS reached out to us a few months ago, looking for help building their online identity. As a boutique communications outfit based in Calgary, they were looking for a web design firm to come in and develop a unique vision for the company. They wanted a professional WordPress powered site that would not only catch the eye of potential clients, but also set them apart from the plethora of local competitors. (Read More…)
As usual things have been fairly exciting in the *Armadillo Studios camp* for the past few months. In addition to our usual gambit of web design projects, we are also working furiously to launch our first “iPhone App”:http://apps.armadillostudios.ca and on a re-branding of our main corporate web site to celebrate our “5th Anniversary”:http://blog.armadillostudios.ca/article/what-does-armadillo-studios-do. But in the meantime, we’d also like to share with you three new site releases that we just rolled out at the beginning of September.
These three new projects are the launch of “klintec.tv”:http://klintec.tv, and the redesigns of “tdstock.com”:http://wwww.tdstock.com and “ctoverdrive.ca”:http://www.ctoverdrive.ca.
The Launch of Klintec.tv
Back in 2007 when Armadillo Studios was just getting our feet wet in the world of the internetz, we crafted a simple WordPress site for our good friend Jamie Rennie. The site was called Jamie’s Dictionary and was a great little pop-culture blog. Nothing too special, but it was a great learning experience for both parties.
Now fast forward four odd years and we’ve teamed-up with Jamie once again for the release of “MediumRoar.ca”:http://www.mediumroar.ca. (Read More…)
“Mike’s Bloggity Blog”:http://mikesbloggityblog.com is easily one of the most popular Entertainment blogs in Canada. Winning numerous awards for his posts covering the ever growing Canadian television and pop-culture landscape, Mike’s Bloggity Blog reaches more than 20,000 readers a month. (and growing)
Earlier last year, we had the fantastic opportunity to work with Mike on the first redesign of his site. It was the first step in the site’s continuous evolution, one in which the site transitioned over from it’s humble roots at Blogger.com to a self-hosted professional entity. And now this week, we’re happy to showcase the second iteration of Mike’s Bloggity and a new era for this fantastic site.
